Below you will see all the payment methods available, to make your purchases at Traumacare. If you wish to issue an invoice/bill, please note the necessary details (name, VAT number, DOU, profession) in the comments of your order. For more information you can also contact the Customer Service Department.

IRIS Payments
With the IRIS Payments service, you can pay directly from your bank account without the need for a card. The process is simple: at the checkout, select IRIS Payments, log in to your bank's e-Banking or Mobile Banking, and approve the transaction. Funds are transferred instantly and securely, without sharing your payment details with the merchant.
Payment via Stripe
Through Stripe you can pay using one of the available payment methods, such as Visa, MasterCard, Klarna, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Transactions are executed in Stripe's secure environment. Traumacare does not store any of your information.
Cardlink - Eurobank
Visa, MasterCard
All payments made using a card are processed through the "Cardlink" electronic payment platform, which utilizes TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a method of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who can decode it using the appropriate key.
Cash on delivery
In this case you will have to pay in cash at the time of delivery. The cash on delivery cost starts from €2.48 and the final cost appears at the checkout page.

In the comments of the deposit you must mention your order number. Otherwise, we will not know where the deposit came from and you will need to contact us. The order will only be shipped after the deposit is confirmed, so please include your full name and order code in your payment details. Then, for your faster service, you can email us a proof of the transaction to mycustomer@traumacare.gr.
Warning: In case you transfer the money from another bank, any costs transfer are charged to you.
Pay using BOX NOW Pay on the Go
This payment method is only available for BOX NOW shipments. Once you select it, you will receive an SMS on your mobile from BOX NOW with a link to pay for your parcel before opening the box. Payment is made by credit or debit card.
Traumacare states that it will fulfill orders based on product availability and while stocks last based on the General Terms of Use applicable to sales from the online store.
